If you can dream it, we can build it! At Mount Olympus Awards, we strive to make the your jacket using the finest materials available. Each varsity letterman jacket is made using high quality 24 oz. melton wool for the body (and sleeves if selected). The leather used for sleeves and pockets is genuine cowhide leather and extremely durable. Our vinyl sleeve and pocket trim option, a more economical choice, is designed to look similar to leather.

Because each custom varsity letterman jacket is made to your specifications, please realize that each one is literally manufactuered from scratch. Although we are among the fastest in the industry (non-stock custom letterman jackets designed from this page typically ships in ten to twelve weeks), we ask our customers to allow up to twelve to fourteen weeks to accomodate seasonal demand and supply considerations. Varsity Letterman Jacket Sizing

An easy way to order your varsity letterman jacket is by selecting the size that corresponds with your t-shirt size. However, it is best to order your letterman jacket based on the measurements below.

How To Measure Your Custom Varsity Letterman Jacket
Measuring for size is a simple process. All you need is a flexible measuring tape and a pen and paper to jot down your results.
Chest: measure all the way around your chest at the breast line, going underneath both arms.
Sleeve: with your elbow bent at 90 degrees, measure from the back of your neck at the base of the collar and down to your wrist, making sure the measuring tape goes around the outside of your elbow.
Back: measure from the back of your neck at the base of the collar, and straight down your spine.

If you are accustomed to ordering tall or short sizes, you may want to consider modifying the body and sleeve lengths of your custom varsity letterman jacket in either 2 or 4 inch increments.

Varsity Letterman Jacket Lining Options

The inside of your custom letter jacket is lined in black. You must select between regular nylon lining (think of a men's suit or sportscoat - the silky lining on the interior) and a quilted lining (the same material, only sewn in diamond patterns that resemble a warm old-fashion quilt).

Knit Trim Patterns for Knit Collars, Cuffs, Waist, and Sailor Collar Braids

All of our custom varsity letterman jackets are made with a high quality knit rib-trim on the cuffs and waist (as well as the collar if you chose the standard knit collar). With eight patterns available, design your jacket to be as unique as you.

Varsity Letterman Jacket Collar Styles

We offer several different collar styles for our custom made varsity letterman jackets. The most popular and commonly ordered style is our Standard Knit Stand-Up Collar. For a more unique and vintage look, choose the Knit "Whiting" Fold-Over Collar - it is made with a heavier, high quality rib-trim that folds over itself on both the collar and the sleeve cuffs. Our Byron Collar in either leather or wool is a popular choice among our corporate clients. Our Divided Hood with Zipper collar is perfect for those of you living in colder climates. If unzipped, the divided hood will lie flat against the back of the jacket. Last but not least, is our Sailor Collar with optional braid and zipper. It is the most commonly ordered collar style among girls and cheerleaders.

Return and Exchange Policy for Custom Manufactured Letterman Jackets and Chenille Patches

All chenille patches, varsity letters, and personalized letterman jackets are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. It is not possible to stock them because of the virtually endless color, size, and font combinations. For this reason, we are not responsible for errors resulting from customer input (e.g., misspelling an embroidered name, ordering the wrong size, color, felt options, etc.). If you discover such an error and wish to make changes or cancel your order once it has been submitted, please contact us by phone, email, or live chat with one of our online representatives. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel or alter your order prior to it entering production and, if requested, promptly refund your money. If, however, production has begun, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or alter your order in any way.

Please note that if we receive the request for cancellation after payment has been tendered, you will be responsible for paying an order cancellation fee that will include, but not be limited to, the merchant fees, bank fees, vendor cancellation fees, and other charges that we incurred due to your order. The order cancellation fee will be 12% of your total order, including shipping. For instance, if you ordered $200 worth of custom merchandise and you requested that your order be cancelled before production was begun, you would be responsible for roughly $24 worth of fees and service charges to cover our bank costs, time, effort, labor, and other considerations.
