In the custom chenille and varsity jacket industry, our competitors normally take 6 to 8 weeks to ship orders. At Mount Olympus Awards, we have a well-earned reputation for delivering your custom varsity jacket order in a fraction of the time; typically a few weeks. From time to time, however, we may be unable to maintain our traditional delivery schedule due to seasonal or other demands. If your custom ordered product exceeds 8 weeks delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

2. I can't wait for my varsity jacket! Can I get my order ASAP?

We offer rush delivery service which moves your entire order to the front of our supplier's factory floor and, after being completed, shipped via 1 or 2 day guaranteed delivery. There are two levels of rush delivery service available on custom varsity jacket and chenille orders; "10 Business Days or Less" and "15 Business Days or Less". Either can be selected when choosing a shipping method during checkout. In exchange for this service, the "shipping" portion of your order will reflect a flat fee of $25 for freight and handling as well as a surcharge equal to 50 percent of the order for the "15 Business Days or Less" option or 75 percent of the order for the "10 Business Days or Less" option. Orders with rush delivery service that are submitted after 11 a.m. CST are not considered received until the following business day.

In the highly unlikely event that you purchase rush delivery service and your order is not shipped within the specified time frame, you agree that our liability is limited to providing you with a prompt refund for the rush fee cost billed to the order at the time of purchase.

3. How will I know when my jacket has been shipped?

Thanks to Yahoo's partnership with UPS, you will be emailed a tracking number at the time your varsity jacket order is sent.
