Step 2: Sleeve and Pocket Trim Material
Next, you must select the material for the sleeves and pocket trim of your custom letter jacket. You have three options: 1.) Naugahyde (which is vinyl man-made artificial leather), 2.) Wool, or 3.) Premium Genuine Leather.

Step 3: Sleeve Color
Now you must select a color for your letter jacket sleeves. Only certain colors are available for each material. Below, we have given you three drop-down boxes. Please ONLY FILL OUT the box that corresponds with the material you chose in Step 2. (For example, if in Step 2 you chose "Wool" as your material choice, you would ONLY pick a color from the Wool drop-down list below. You would leave the other two blank. Step 5: Choose Your Inside Lining
The inside of your custom letter jacket is lined in black. You must select between regular nylon lining (think of a men's suit or sportscoat - the silky lining on the interior) and a quilted lining (the same material, only sewn in diamond patterns that resemble a warm old-fashion quilt).

Step 6: Zipper or Snaps
Next, you need to decide if you want a zipper (very rare and only typically used in specific geographic regions) or snaps (a vast majority of all custom letter jackets we sell). If you select snaps, you will need to tell us what color you would like them to be.

This step is optional. We can modify your jacket height and sleeve length to be slightly shorter or longer to adjust for your individual needs.
