Used in countless re-enactments, the manufacturer of these civil war blankets has a long and rich history of providing the world with time-period blankets, telling us that "over 170 were used in the 2-part miniseries "Andersonville," which aired on Turner Television Network, and nearly 200 blankets were commissioned for the 2003 box office hit, 'The Last Samurai', starring Tom Cruise."
