With hundreds of thousands of custom chenille letters, names, patches, letterman jackets, sports pins, custom banners, fleece blankets, and more sold each year, our shipping department definitely has its hands full! This picture shows one of our morning deliveries waiting to be unpacked by our dedicated staff. This volume allows us to provide delivery as fast as two to three weeks; much faster than virtually all of our competitors who make customers wait as long as 6 to 8 weeks.

All of our letterman jackets feature high quality, genuine leather sleeves and soft, premium melton wool bodies. As we mention in our free tutorial, Ordering Chenilles 101, almost all high school letterman jackets feature six main items:

1.) A varsity letter for achievements such as making the high choir, the football team, or another comparable accomplishment.
2.) Your first or last name as a 3x2" custom chenille name (e.g., "John")
3.) Your school name as a 3x2" custom chenille name (e.g., "Tigers")
4.) A chenille mascot. If, for example, you are the Trenton Bulldogs, you would have a bulldog mascot on your letterman jacket.
5.) A chenille number representing the expected date of graduation or player jersey number.
6.) Letterman jacket patches such as music lyres, footballs, a track foot, etc. that represent extracurricular activities.
